Shipping policy

We whip our Belly & Body Butter in small batches in Gauteng, South Africa. Because it's handmade and fragrance-free, we take extra care packing it.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). You will get a confirmation email after you order.

2. Delivery Time & Cost
We use The Courier Guy and PAXI.

- Orders over R1000: FREE Delivery
- Orders under R1000: R99 flat rate
- Delivery time: 2-5 working days after processing, depending on your area.

Outlying areas may take an extra 1-2 days.

3. Tracking
As soon as your butter is handed to the courier, you get a tracking link via email & SMS. You can track it all the way to your door.

4. Where We Ship
We currently ship within South Africa only.

5. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Couriers sometimes delay due to weather, strikes or high season. If your parcel is delayed, please check your tracking link first.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo: [add your email / WhatsApp number here]. We will sort it out with the courier.

6. Address Mistakes
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, we cannot re-ship for free once it's with the courier.
